Mind is the builder

Spirit is the life. Mind is the builder. The physical is the result. Thought is not a comment on the body. Thought is a masonry. What is dwelt upon, the body takes up as instruction. This is cousin to Myss’s biography-becomes-biology, and to the origin stories that read the spine as ladder. Cayce would not split prayer from diet, or the unseen record from the tissue it keeps writing. The builder is at work whether you notice the plans or not.
